Investigating
We have experienced hardware failure on 1 of our core servers in Chicago (ORD). As a result, there may be elevated timeouts or DNS retries.
We are in the process of deploying 2 core servers; one to replace the failed server, and one to add additional capacity to improve redundancy.
We are aiming to bring up the 2 new core servers within 24 hours.
