Last week we performed a global certificate update in over 200 locations.
One of our Los Angeles locations (qlax1) did not receive the update, which caused Encrypted DNS to fail in most cases. This is the only global location which was affected, and we've adjusted our testing/monitoring to catch the issue which prevented the certificates from updating.
We've updated the certificate, and the issue should now be resolved.
