We will continue monitoring for the next 24 hours to confirm the issue is resolved during local peak traffic.

Identified

We've identified the issue.

To fully remedy the situation, this will require the entire DFW PoP goes offline for up to 2 hours.

This is roughly scheduled for 09:00 UTC tomorrow, January 15th.

We apologize for the sub-optimal service quality in the mean time.

Investigating

We are investigating a service degradation issue in our Dallas (DFW) PoP.

We believe this is on the Quad9 side as opposed to a network operator.

We've made some immediate changes to significantly reduce the impact, but we are still investigating.
