Performance has improved significantly since 20:20 UTC on April 30th.
We expect to have additional servers installed in about 3 weeks here.
We will continue monitoring for another day.

Investigating
Our Palo Alto location is considerably overloaded, resulting in occasional timeouts, retries, and/or difficulties maintaining encrypted DNS connections.
We are working on trying to improve performance in the short term, using our existing resources, while we wait for more servers to ship to this location in the next 2 weeks.
