We've been able to reduce the packet loss by %90 since 1:04 UTC on June 21st.
We're continuing to investigate and are aiming to remove the remaining packet loss in the coming days.

Update
We are continuing to bring this PoP in and out of service, as troubleshooting requires us to be "in service" and experience packet loss. We're continuing to investigate.

We're experiencing significant packet loss in Buenos Aires, which may result in timeouts or SERVFAIL. It appears to be software related.
