One of our Sao Paulo servers has a bad memory module, causing the system to crash every few hours. The remaining servers are not able to handle the traffic, thus get shifted to Rio.
We've informed the host, and are awaiting a replacement memory module.
We are doing our best to keep Sao Paulo online during this. Our services in Rio handle the traffic decently, but there is performance degradation.
