Update
Our network provider and Deutsche Telekom are in communication, and increasing the capacity of the PNI has been tentatively agreed upon. Due to the network freeze of both organizations during the holidays, this is unlikely to come to fruition until mid January.

We apologize for this ongoing situation.

Investigating
The private link (PNI) between our network provider (AS42) and Deutsche Telekom (AS3320) is at maximum capacity and is resulting in some dropped packets, meaning Deutsche Telekom subscribers might see DNS query retries or dropped ICMP (ping) packets.

Our network provider is in communication with Deutsche Telekom about increasing the maximum capacity as soon as possible. We could be looking at days, but hopefully not weeks, for a resolution.
